Sloane Vesper products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Each item enters production after an order is submitted.
Production Time
Production times vary according to the product, fulfillment facility, and seasonal demand. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and coordinate with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier where appropriate.
For damaged or defective products, please contact us promptly and provide photographs when requested.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
